Our Principal Engineers form the core of the
company and will be directly involved in your
work.
Don Ball CEng,
FIET
Don has over 45 years experience of a.c. and d.c.
railway electrification power supply systems and equipment,
covering design, specification, enquiry preparation, tender
adjudication, installation, commissioning and maintenance. He has
considerable experience in electrification safety and preparation
of associated instructions and documentation. Don has consulted in
Australia and Canada.
Bob Holmes PhD, CEng,
FIET
Bob has over 35 years broad experience in applying
electro-technology to a railway environment, and led a team of
research engineers in detailed design of safe electrified railways
and resolving EMC issues. Bob has consulted in Europe and the Far
East. He is a past member of an International Committee developing
European Standards for railway systems and authored several papers
on railway electrification.
Henry Puntis BSc Hons, CEng,
FIET
Henry has over 30 years experience of railway
electrification power supply equipment, covering design,
specification, enquiry preparation, tender adjudication,
installation, commissioning and maintenance. Henry has held senior
positions within the UK railway industry in electrification new
works and railway infrastructure management.
Nigel Moore BSc Hons, CEng,
MIET
Nigel has over 35 years experience in electrical
power engineering for railways, other utilities and contractors.
His experience covers multi-disciplinary capital projects from
inception to commercial operation. He specializes in procurement,
specification, standards, legislation and
regulations.
